Concept, Material Selection & First Sample

The original character concept was translated into a practical plush construction while materials were selected to match the intended yellow and brown color directions. The first physical samples established the basic proportions, structure and assembly approach for further review.

客户反馈与第一轮修正

在审核第一版样品后，日本客户提出了几项针对性修正。深棕色款需要让鼻部更加向前突出，同时调整耳朵形状并将耳位稍微向内移动；与此同时，其中一款较浅的配色也根据确认后的材料参考调整为棕白配色方案。

绣花与脸部比例精修

项目进入更精细的审核阶段后，日本客户开始关注脸部平衡中的细微差异。深棕色款的鼻子和嘴巴绣花被放大到约120%，而棕白色款的椭圆形脸部区域则整体上移约15mm。

Final Detail Combination

For this Japanese-market project, the final facial direction was determined by combining preferred details from different sample rounds. The outer muzzle panel proportion followed the third sample, while the nose and mouth embroidery used the size and positioning of the second sample, creating the final approved facial balance.
