From concept to final approval, the project moved through structural planning, material matching and focused sample revisions. The final version was approved for market promotion and the project moved into order placement.

We developed the structure around the mechanism, then refined materials, colours and facial details through targeted sample rounds until the final combination was approved.
01The original character concept was translated into a practical plush construction while materials were selected to match the intended yellow and brown color directions. The first physical samples established the basic proportions, structure and assembly approach for further review.
02After reviewing the first sample, the Japanese client requested several targeted refinements. For the dark-brown version, the nose needed a stronger forward projection, the ear shape was adjusted, and the ear position was moved slightly inward. At the same time, one lighter colorway was revised into a brown-and-white scheme based on the approved material references.
03As the project moved into a finer review stage, the Japanese client focused on small differences in facial balance. The nose and mouth embroidery on the dark-brown version was enlarged to approximately 120%, while the oval facial panel on the brown-and-white version was moved upward by around 15 mm.
04For this Japanese-market project, the final facial direction was determined by combining preferred details from different sample rounds. The outer muzzle panel proportion followed the third sample, while the nose and mouth embroidery used the size and positioning of the second sample, creating the final approved facial balance.
05After multiple rounds of detailed review, the final sample brought together the approved structure, proportions and facial details. The client used the finished product in Japanese-market promotional materials and subsequently moved the project forward into order placement.
